Kısaca: Milia'da hesap açmak isteğe bağlıdır; hesapsız da uygulama tam çalışır. Hesap açtıysan (Apple ya da Google ile), hesabını ve sunucudaki tüm verilerini aşağıdaki iki yoldan biriyle silebilirsin. Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.
1. Uygulamadan sil (anında)
- Milia'yı aç, Profil sekmesine git.
- En üstteki Hesap satırına dokun (Sen bölümü).
- Hesabı Sil'e dokun ve onayla.
Silme işlemi o anda sunucuda tamamlanır.
2. E-postayla sil
Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa destek@miliaapp.com adresine, hesabını açarken kullandığın giriş yöntemini (Apple ya da Google), o hesabın e-posta adresini ve biliyorsan rumuzunu yaz. Hesabın sahibi olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve sana bildiririz.
3. Neler silinir
- Giriş kimliklerin (Apple/Google'ın verdiği kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı ve e-posta adresin), rumuzun ve görünen adın.
- Sunucuya yedeklenmiş tüm yürüyüşlerin ve rota dosyaların.
- Topluluk ısı haritasına katkı verdiysen tüm karelerin ve rıza kayıtların.
- Paylaştığın tüm rotalar; bağlantıları artık açılmaz.
- Açık oturumların iptal edilir; hiçbir cihazdan o hesapla bir daha giriş yapılamaz.
4. Neler kalır
- Telefonundaki yürüyüşler hesaptan bağımsızdır ve silinmez; onları uygulamanın içinden tek tek ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsin.
- Sunucunun arızaya karşı her gece alınan kurtarma kopyalarında silinen veriler en fazla 30 gün daha kalır, sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Bu kopyalar yalnızca sistemi geri yüklemek için kullanılır.
- Sistemin bütünlüğü için kişisel veri içermeyen teknik kayıtlar tutulabilir: rastgele üretilmiş hesap kimliği ve silinme tarihi, iptal edilmiş oturum kayıtları, cihaz türü (iOS/Android). Bunlar seni tanımlamaya yetmez ve başka hiçbir veriyle eşleştirilmez.
5. Yalnızca çıkış yapmak
Hesaptan çıkış yapmak sunucudaki yedeğini silmez; daha sonra aynı yöntemle giriş yaptığında yürüyüşlerin geri gelir. Verilerinin silinmesini istiyorsan yukarıdaki yollardan birini kullan.
6. Hesabını silmeden verilerinin bir kısmını silmek
- Bir yürüyüşü sil: Geçmiş → yürüyüş → Aktiviteyi Sil. Sunucudaki rotası, adı, notu ve rota dosyası kalıcı olarak silinir. Diğer cihazlarının da silebilmesi için yalnızca tarih ve mesafe gibi özet sayıları taşıyan bir silinme kaydı kalır; hesabını silersen o da silinir.
- Topluluk katkısını geri çek: Profil → Hesap → Topluluk Katkısı → Katkımı Geri Çek. Sunucudaki tüm karelerin silinir.
- Paylaştığın bir rotayı kaldır: Yolculuk → Rotalarım → çöp kutusu. Rota sunucudan silinir ve bağlantısı artık açılmaz.
- Başka bir talep: destek@miliaapp.com adresine yaz; hesabın sahibi olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.

Delete your account and data

In short: a Milia account is optional; the app works fully without one. If you created an account (with Apple or Google), you can delete it together with all of your data on our server in either of the two ways below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
1. Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open Milia and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the Account row at the top (You section).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The deletion is completed on our server right away.
2. Delete by email
If you can't access the app, write to destek@miliaapp.com with the sign-in method you used (Apple or Google), that account's email address and, if you know it, your handle. Once we confirm you own the account, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.
3. What is deleted
- Your sign-in identities (the user identifier and email address provided by Apple/Google), your handle and display name.
- All walks and route files backed up to our server.
- If you contributed to the community heat map, all your squares and your consent records.
- All routes you shared; their links stop working.
- Your open sessions are revoked; the account can no longer be signed in to from any device.
4. What remains
- Walks on your phone are independent of the account and are not deleted; you can remove them one by one in the app or by uninstalling it.
- Deleted data may remain in the server's nightly disaster-recovery copies for at most 30 days, after which it is removed automatically. These copies are used only to restore the system.
- For system integrity we may keep technical records that contain no personal data: a randomly generated account ID and its deletion date, revoked session records, and the device type (iOS/Android). These cannot identify you and are never matched with any other data.
5. Signing out only
Signing out does not delete your server backup; your walks come back when you sign in again with the same method. If you want your data deleted, use one of the methods above.
6. Deleting some of your data without deleting your account
- Delete a walk: History → the walk → Delete Activity. Its route, name, notes and route file are permanently deleted from the server. So your other devices can delete it too, only a deletion record with summary figures such as date and distance remains; it is removed when you delete your account.
- Withdraw your community contribution: Profile → Account → Community Contribution → Withdraw My Contribution. All your squares are deleted from the server.
- Remove a route you shared: Journey → My routes → trash icon. The route is deleted from the server and its link stops working.
- Any other request: write to destek@miliaapp.com; once we confirm you own the account, we act within 30 days.
